We guarantee our product will stay fresh for 48 hours or we will replace your arrangement with a fresh arrangement at no cost to you. If you are not completely satisfied with our service and quality of our product, please contact us at once.

Delivery Charge:
Please refer to the following delivery costs for specifics:

• $10 flat delivery charge for orders being delivered within the greater Nashville area.

• $14 flat delivery charge for orders being delivered outside of the greater Nashville area.

Delivery Policies:
When placing your order, please identify the date upon which it is to be delivered. Same-day deliveries are accepted; please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

• Valentine's Delivery Policy: Between February 7th and February 20th, there is no delivery service provided for orders under $60. All orders under $60 during this period must be picked up from the store located at 701 Craighead Street, Nashville, TN. 37204

• United States: Orders received before 11:00 A.M. central standard time can be delivered the same day.

• Orders received after the above times will be delivered the following day.

• There is no delivery service provided for orders under $39.99. All orders under $39.99 must be picked up from the store located at 701 Craighead Street, Nashville, TN. 37204

• Sunday deliveries are not available except for funerals and only if the order is received by 11:00 A.M. Saturday. Other orders received for delivery on Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

• Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemetaries cannot be guaranteed.

• Holiday's may require a different delivery schedule than normal weekday delivery.
